Youth Influencers Curriculum

Overview

The Youth Influencers Curriculum is a youth-focused educational asset that equips youth and adults with the necessary skills and resources to run Youth Influencers programs at their site. The 24-lesson curriculum is meant to be used in Out of School Time (OST) spaces to create opportunities for young people to share stories with one another, connect themselves with causes in their communities, practice conflict resolution, and collaborate on powerful media projects for positive change.

The Youth Influencers Curriculum was developed and written by the program’s lead facilitator and coordinator Lyrah Fosl alongside a collaborative support team of youth leaders, community partners, and mentors—building upon previous versions of the PeaceCasters program developed by Mark Steiner.
